Due to the overwhelming response to Project 8 :: Gulf Coast Oil Spill, The Institute for Marine Mammal Studies will be sharing the donations with the Audubon Nature Institute and the Mississippi Sandhill Crane National Wildlife Refuge. Now we will not only be supporting the clean up efforts of the dolphins and turtles, but of other marine mammals and birds as well. Keep those donations coming!

I work in a preschool/after care program for school age children. We would be very interested in getting more information as the children here would love to help.

    Thanks :)

I will be happy to send some! I’m a dressmaker and I have a HUGE scrap pile of fabrics… I plan to cut them down to size, serge the fabrics that would otherwise fray (and leave the knits with just a cut edge) and should be able to send a large bundle shortly. I’ve been saving piles of scraps to small to use for clothing for years, unsure when they would be useful. Now is that time.
